In a barren wasteland of frontier space, Star Factories was test mining for new materials in which to build stronger, more durable mechas. What they found instead, on an unnamed planetoid, was a large cavernous hanger with Forerunner glyphs along the walls. Glyphs that showed a very strange looking mecha of previously unknown designs and capabilities.

Once translated (as well as possible), the glyphs read, "The harbinger of wars lies within. The Jadoon sleeps until blood and molten metals must run like rivers throughout the galaxy." Insect-like in appearance, sporting huge cannons on the back like reversed wings, and utilizing an odd singular eye, the Jadoon was quickly shipped back to Star Factories main R&D facility for testing.
Once the testing began, the true capabilities of the mecha became immediately apparent. The design, with its many curves and containing few sharp angles, showed an immensely reduced radar profile, if it even showed up at all. The "skin," is made of a thick Ferronite/Titanium mix designed to take a solid beating. The curvature of the carapace, while being ideal for deflecting laser fire and some solid ammunition, causes missile damage to be spread further, creating a vulnerability inherent in the design.
The mechas "eye," a large singular eye made of complex multi-wave sensors, able to read all known energy signatures up to and including various forms of Lisi emanations utilized by modern mecha. The internal muscle structure, as well as joint articulation is set up with multi-relay Vanadium "nerve bundles" allowing the mecha to have smooth motion and a speedy interface with the pilot, rare for a mecha so huge. The guts of the mecha are where it becomes truly impressive. This mecha houses room for many multi-engine slot placements allowing for enhanced speed in a mecha this size.
The Jadoon, with articulating back cannons,is a laser based juggernaut. It runs a dedicated power core for each individual laser cannon, allowing the weapon to maximize or vary energy released according to needs of power. Bleed-off energy is vented through individual smaller lasers throughout the mecha. This allows for a major damage boost when utilizing laser based weapons. Lasers have enough power running through them to allow for trample damage or a possible one shot Crit-kill; plus, the extra bleed-off energy allows the Jadoon to deal extra fire damage against mechas the Jadoon faces.
Because of all the space used for both the engines and power cores for the cannons, the mecha has fewer shield slots than expected. The design is clearly offensive in nature when taken into account its size, speed, and weaponry. This seems to be the very definition of, "Hit hard, hit fast, and hit first."
Once it had been run through diagnostics, checked thoroughly, and understood in the minutest detail, Star Factories started production on this mecha as quickly as they could. All models produced are exact copies of the original found in the vast frontier areas of space. The Jadoon was clearly designed for domination of the battlefield.
Deborah likes to take her high level Jadoon for strolls around the neighborhood. Many people turn their heads to watch, but that's nothing new.

White Phosphorous, but better. More reactive, with a thicker layer of smoke both obscures vision and wreaks havoc on the enemy.

The flattened resonance chamber on this powerful, reliable laser widens into two firing apertures, creating an asymmetric impact signature.
